How do I track the hours included in my package?
I keep detailed records of the time spent on your tasks using Toggl, and I’ll provide regular updates so you always know where you stand. Transparency is key.
How do payments work?
Invoices are issued according to the package defined in our agreement, at the end of every 4th week. Each invoice comes with a 10-day payment window. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and Revolut.
What does the onboarding process look like?
It all starts with a free discovery call, where we’ll talk goals, tasks, priorities, and do a little vibe check to see if we’re a good fit. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a proposal and quote with a tailored support plan, including pricing, scope, and next steps. No surprises, just clarity.
Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a welcome kit and contract, and we dive right in. I’ll set up the tools we need, and you get to step back and breathe, usually within one week.
Are the hours split evenly across the week, or used flexibly?
Your hours are fully flexible. Some clients prefer regular, scheduled blocks, while others use me on-demand as tasks arise. We’ll structure the support around what works best for your business.
Can I switch packages month to month?
Yes, my packages are designed to be flexible. If your workload changes, you can adjust your package from one month to the next. I just ask for notice in advance, so I can plan my schedule and ensure your dedicated hours are reserved.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term commitment is required.Once a month is reserved, however, the package is considered booked and will be invoiced in full.
Can you work within my own systems/software?
Yes, I adapt easily to your existing tools and workflows. Whether it’s project management, communication, or booking platforms, I integrate seamlessly so you don’t have to change what already works for you.
Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?
Yes, confidentiality is a standard part of my work. An NDA is included in my contracts to ensure your business information is always protected.
What are your working hours?
My working hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT+2)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (GMT+2)
I don’t work on weekends or Swiss public holidays. Within these hours, my typical response time is under 1 hour; outside of them, within 24 hours.
Do you offer fully customized packages?
Yes, if none of the standard packages fit your exact needs, I’ll create a bespoke package tailored to your business. From hours to scope, everything can be adjusted so you receive the right level of support.
What if I occasionally need extra hours but can’t plan them in advance?
If you need a few extra hours within my working hours and let me know, I’ll simply bill them proportionally to your package rate.
For truly urgent needs outside my standard working hours, additional support can be arranged with prior agreement. In these cases, I charge an extra €50/hour, and you’ll receive a Toggl report showing exactly when the extra work was completed.
What if I already know I’ll need more hours than included in my package?
In that case, I’ll create a custom package for you, designed around the exact hours and support your business requires.
If I book the 15-hour package but only need email and admin support (no Canva posts), does the price stay the same?
Yes, the price reflects 15 hours of dedicated support, not specific tasks. How we use those hours is fully up to your needs, whether that’s email management, admin, scheduling, or other support. The packages are based on my experience of what typically fits into that timeframe, but ultimately the hours are yours to allocate.
